In 2016 we successfully delivered a project for BP Exploration Operating Company Ltd utilising both our Construction and Dive Support Vessels. Our aim was to address vulnerabilities present in the subsea control system, specifically degraded power and communications to the Machar, Madoes and Mirren fields within the Eastern Trough Area Project (ETAP) development. The project took place in Central North Sea, Block 22/23, at a depth on 92 metres in a combined total of 52 days.
Key highlights included our ability to quickly turnaround client requirements, remaining flexible and adaptable to a changing offshore workscope.
No harm or injury to personnel occurred during any scope of this project, nor were there any incidents of any kind during the lay of umbilicals and installation of structures
