Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct communicates the basic principles that we expect everyone to observe when conducting business on our behalf. It defines our expectations of the behaviours our people should demonstrate every day, in every aspect of our work, and along with our core values will help guide and sustain our commitment to ethical and successful business, and ensure we deliver on our responsibilities to our people, to the business and our business partners and to the wider communities in which we work.
Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability
We are committed to corporate social responsibility and sustainability. We know that our values are essential to our future success, and aim to ensure that our values and integrity define and support every aspect of our business. Legal compliance alone, although necessary, is not our goal; rather, we aim to set standards for our performance globally and ensure that we enact the same ethical values and principles wherever we have a presence.
We are committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chain or in any part of our business.
We will conduct our business affairs in such a way as to gain sustained success through our ability to identify and mitigate risks to protect the customers and other interested parties whilst meeting their needs and expectations. Our commitment to risk management, quality, competence, adhering to compliance obligations, the prevention of accidents and ill health, the environment (including prevention of pollution, reducing our carbon footprint, and minimising waste) will be a key part of this.
Bribery & Corruption
We embrace the highest standards of honesty, ethics and integrity and does not tolerate, permit, or engage in bribery, corruption, fraud or improper payments of any kind in our business dealings, anywhere in the world, both with public officials and people in the private sector.
We encourage an open culture between our employees and all people with whom it engages in business and legal relations. We recognise that effective and honest communication is essential if malpractice is to be effectively dealt with.
Equal Opportunities and Diversity
We aim to recruit, train and work with people from all sections of society. We value different skills, ideas and experiences and are committed to providing a work environment free from harassment, victimisation and bullying and ensuring all colleagues are treated, and treat others, with dignity and respect
